Villamond Investment Limited company has been awarded with the most innovative and reliable real estate company of the year 2023 at the just concluded Real Estate Conference and Recognition Awards (RECA), on Friday 16th of May.

The event which was held In Lagos witnessed a gathering of Elites and many real estate practitioners from different part of Nigeria.

The brand was recognized based on it innovatives and been a reliable firm in the real estate business among her contemporaries.

“On Friday 19th of May, 2023 the CEO Rotarian Victor Oyefeso together with the CEM Mrs. Tope Olaleye received Mr. Wale Abiodun, the Executive Director, Timmary Communications the organizer of Real Estate Conference & Recognition Awards (RECRA) 2023 at the Villamond office in Lagos to present award for the ’Most Innovative & Reliable Real Estate Investment Company of the year 2023’ to Villamond Investment Limited.”

The theme of the event which was “REAL ESTATE MARKET: PROSPECTS IN THE MIDST OF CHALLENGES”, held on Sunday, 14 May, 2023 at The Civic Center, Ozumba Mbadiwe Road, Victoria Island, Lagos had in attendance, the Governor of Lagos, Mr. Babajide SanwoOlu, Aare Adetola Emmanuel Kings and many other dignitaries as awardees.

The CEO, Rotarian Victor Oyefeso, “appreciates the organizers for their good works, stating that all hands must be in deck to continue to develop the infrastructural deficit of the country and recognition awards goes along way to boost the moral of the active and passive players.”

He also encouraged the organizers to help beam it’s media light and showcase the real estate players who are doing some great works outside Lagos the same way it is doing with top Lagos players because they’re easily left out.
