OGHA To Conduct Public Hearing On Wednesday, To Address Land Grabbing Issues
The Ogun State House of Assembly, OGHA shall on Wednesday, 20th of September 2023 conduct public hearing, to address issues surrounding land grabbing in Ogun State.
Series of petitions has been submitted to Ogun Assembly, this prompted the necessity of the house to wade into the cases of alleged forceful eviction of some residents of Ogun state by land grabbers.
Recalled that the speaker once said; “it was wrong for security agents to connive with land grabbers to punish innocent people out of their properties.”

It was gathered that there are a lot of complaints about land grabbing issues all around the state and the House has been urged to make serious amendments or anti land grabbing law act.
This has gone through the committee and now at the stage of public hearing, which will commence at the complex by 10am tomorrow, Wednesday.
