NYCN Ijebu-East Chapter Inaugurates Ward Executives, Celebrates World Food Day

The National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN Ijebu East chapter, in a memo sent to The Eaglesforesight, confirmed the inauguration of newly elected executives of the body at ward level.

This was done in compliance with the article 10 of the National Youth Council of Nigeria constitution 2018 as amended, the coordinator said.

The leadership of the NYCN ijebu East branch under the leadership of Hon Babatunde Adekunle Y (Ohstrong) has inaugurated the executives of the NYCN of the 11 wards in ijebu East Local Government in order to make things work as planned.

The event has in attendance, the state representatives, and also Com. Adeola, the State Organising Secretary [Ogun East].

It was a large gathering of youths from all wards of Ijebu-East local government at Tinubu Food Bank Canada Ijebu-East chapter in Igan, Ikija ward on Friday 20th October, 2023.

The inauguration was conducted by the Coordinator of NYCN Ijebu-East branch Hon Babatunde Adekunle (Ohstrong) with the support of our capable MC and Ijebu-East candidate for the forth-coming state election, Pastor Com Fayomi Wasiu Okikiola.

The special Guest of Honour to the event, Otunba Adedapo Kujore (The Ladegbuwa of Owu Ijebu Kingdom and the founder of Ladegbuwa Football Club Academy) was present at the occasion in his usual youthful appearance.

Otunba Ladegbuwa advised the youths to be united and prepare themselves for bigger tasks ahead of them, he emphasized more on the need for youth involvement in grass root development and progress also task them to have synergy across other youth from other states,regions and international community inorder to drive youthful purposes.

Special Thanks to the hosts of the event, Pastor Mr and Mrs Adebamiro for providing a conducive atmosphere for the youths to come together and make plans that will positively impact their communities.
