Nigerian Conference Of Speakers Elects Chairman, Other Leaders, Aribasoye Emerges Vice Chairman

They were elected at the ongoing conference of the 36 Speakers holding in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.

The Speaker of Ekiti State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Adeoye Aribasoye, has been elected as the Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Conference of Speakers.

Aribasoye was equally elected as the Chairman of the Southwest caucus of the Conference.

In the same vein, the Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, emerged as the Chairman of the Nigerian Conference of Speakers.

They were elected at the ongoing conference of the 36 Speakers holding in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory.

The Conference is an umbrella body for the Speakers of all the 36 state assemblies.
Aribasoye promised to serve the Conference with zeal and patriotism.

The lawmaker, representing Ikole constituency 2 in the Ekiti Assembly, said, “I feel humbled and overwhelmed with joy with these feats.”

Becoming the Vice Chairman of the Conference of Nigerian Speakers connotes that Ekiti State House is fast garnering recognition in national politics and leadership.
