Rep Deputy Chief Whip, Otunba Adewunmi Oriyomi Onanuga Ijaya Set To Distributes FG Palliative Grains Across Remo Federal Constituency

The Deputy Chief Whip of the 10th House of Representatives, Rt Hon Adewunmi Oriyomi Onanuga IJAYA is set to distributes the Federal Government palliative grains across Remo Federal Constituency, as Approved by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

In a press statement released and observed by The Eaglesforesight, it was learnt that the Rt. Honourable will commence the distributions on Monday 29th of January, 2024.

The distributions which will take 3 days to share across the three local government she is representing at the Federal House of Representatives.

Below read the full statement:

“In a dedicated effort to provide timely relief and support to the fabulously united people of Remo Federal Constituency, Rt Hon Adewunmi Oriyomi Onanuga, IJAYA, Deputy Chief Whip of the 10th House of Representatives, announces the commencement of the distribution of Federal Government palliatives.”

“These palliatives, generously released by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, are aimed at alleviating the challenges faced by constituents during these trying times.”

“The distribution will cover the 35 wards of the three local government areas that collectively constitute the Remo Federal Constituency.”

“This initiative underscores Rt Hon Adewunmi Oriyomi Onanuga’s commitment to ensuring that the constituents are generally informed of the distribution process aimed at creating necessary support during these challenging times.”

“Stakeholders representing various segments of the community, including Christian Associations of Nigeria (CAN), IMAMS, Iyaloja’s, widows, individuals with physical challenges, aged citizens, amongst others, will be the beneficiaries of this palliative program.”

“To uphold transparency and accountability, the distribution process will strictly prohibit sharing by proxy. The allocation of palliatives will take place at central locations within each of the local government areas to ensure equal access and fair distribution.”

“Priority during the distribution will be accorded to the aged and individuals with physical challenges, reflecting the commitment to address the unique needs of the most vulnerable members of the community.”

The distribution dates and locations are:

• REMO NORTH LG – AFOTAMODI HALL, ISARA. MONDAY 29TH JANUARY 2024 AT 10AM

• IKENNE LG – IKENNE MARKET, IKENNE. MONDAY 29TH JANUARY 2024 AT 1PM

• SAGAMU LG – AKARIGBOS PALACE, ITA OBA, SAGAMU.

TUESDAY 30TH JANUARY 2024 AT 10AM

“Collection will be based on the physical presence of individuals at the designated central locations in each local government area. This approach ensures that the palliatives reach those who need them most and guarantees a fair and efficient distribution process.”

“Rt Hon Adewunmi Oriyomi Onanuga, IJAYA encourages active participation from the community and urges constituents to attend the distribution event on the specified date for a seamless and equitable distribution process.”
