CCC Land Of Goshen Shepherd Recants Over Ankara Praise Night, Apologizes, Promises To Amend Controversial Poster
The Shepherd in Charge of Celestial Church of Christ, Land of Goshen Parish, Ogudu, Lagos, VSE Aderemi Dabiri, has made a U-turn following the outcry that greeted the circulation of a poster advertising a programme tagged “Ankara Night” as part of activities included in the 7th Annual Adult Harvest Thanksgiving week of the parish.
The so-called “Ankara Night” was also billed to feature artistes like Fuji act Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, May Shua and controversial Zazu musician, Portable.
Ankara Night Poster Defaced & Cancelled
Sequel to the public outcry and vitriolic condemnation that followed the advertisement of the programme, the Ketu authority of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, immediately waded into the explosive matter by getting in touch with the Shepherd in Charge of C.C.C. LAND OF Goshen Parish, Ogudu, Lagos, to call him to order.

The erring Shepherd in Charge was full of remorse and apologized profoundly for his misdemeanor, promising to print and circulate a new set of posters and to cancel the invitation extended to the secular artistes earlier advertised.
