CCC: Imeko City Development Project Gathers Momentum

Published

The Imeko City Development Project of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, (CCC), powered by the dynamic Pastor in Council Committee on Works and Projects, is presently gathering momentum and taking giant strides towards becoming a reality.

The project which is aimed at re-awakening the dream of the founder of C.C.C. W/w, Saint S.B.J. Oshoffa, seeks to develop and elevate the Celestial City, Imeko, Ogun State, into a pilgrimage hub for all celestians in particular and indeed all followers of Christ in general.

Upon completion, the project themed “Let’s Build Our Own Jerusalem” would parade such modern infrastructural facilities as a network of tarred roads, drainages, residential estates, hospitals, banks, constant electricity, pipe borne water, cathedrals, et al.

No doubt, a project of this magnitude requires all members of the Celestial Church of Christ spread across the globe to join hands with the promoters of this laudable initiative to make it a reality. Contributions in cash and kind would go a long way in this regard.

And the divine blessings that are bound to come from being a part of this project would definitely locate all who contribute to its success. Contributions can also be made in terms of building materials like cement, gravel, sharp sand, iron rods, wood, etc.

To this end, the Pastor in Council Working Committee on Works and Projects has taken the projects to the roots by visiting different states of the country to create awareness and ignite support for the project amongst church members.

On Thursday, 24th July, 2023, the P.I.C. Works and Projects Committee visited the Ondo State Headquarters of the Celestial Church of Christ, C.C.C. Agunloye, on a sensitization of fund raising and awareness for the Imeko City Development Project.

And on Sunday, 30th July, 2023, the sensitisation campaign moved to C.C.C. Omolore Cathedral, where church members made generous donations towards the realisation of the project.
