Business school trains 400 young people to acquire skills
Umera Business School has organized free skills acquisition programs for approximately 400 young people in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State.
Conducted online and on-site, the training is a one-month program where participants meet with experienced coaches and leaders to discuss leadership skills in the business world, after which the beneficiaries would receive certificates.
Speaking to the eaglesforesight correspondent during a physical training session held on Friday at the Golden Tulip hotel, Ibadan, the founder, Umera Business School, Ms. Olamide Alao, explained that the program tagged “Umera boost” is a holistic program that is intended to add value to the beneficiaries, adding that the program aims to add value to the young people who have nothing to do for a living and encourage them to do something meaningful in the marketplace.

Although she also noted that the program was also intended to encourage young people to become more important aspects of society by setting up companies that solve problems and create solutions.
Alao added that the beneficiaries would be trained in five different programs, including public speaking, project management, digital marketing, alternative medicine, coding and web design.
Also speaking eaglesforesight correspondent, the guest speaker at the event, Ms Tope Mark-Odigie, stated that there is a chance for legitimate success for young people in Nigeria if they receive the necessary training.
She added that as a real estate expert and chief executive officer of real estate and wealth creation and empowerment platform, Web360, she trains the beneficiaries in marketing skills, how to identify and solve real estate problems. dissolved.
Mark-Odigie, explained that she believed there are opportunities for young people, adding that Nigerians are very resourceful when given the opportunity.
However, she advised Nigerian youth not to give up on themselves, but to continue to believe in themselves and learn how to get better.
