2023 Oba Ewusi Royal Cup: Artiste Olu Copper Performs Live As Surulere FC Defeat Agbowa At Novelty Match

One of the fast growing music performing artiste from Sagamu Remo, Akinsanya Isiaka popularly known as Olucopper as his stage name has performed in the opening ceremony of the final match between Surulere FC and Agbowa FC on Friday.

Sagamu born hip pop artiste, Olu Copper, performing live at the quarter half of the match, entertaining the audience with his hit songs.

The year 2023 Oba Ewusi Royal Cup was hosted as novelty football match to celebrate His Royal Highness, Oba Akinsanya Timothy, the Ewusi of Makun Sagamu 80th birthday and 15th coronation anniversary.

The first half of the match ends with a goalless draw.

Surulere FC, Makun Sagamu, wins the match, with penalty kick after full match of goalless draw, defeating Agbowa FC of Makun Sagamu, with 5 – 4 penalty shot out.

Ewusi of Makun, Oba Akinsanya applaud the two team while he encouraged Agbowa team to do more next time.

“I am always happy whenever I’m in the midst of the youth, especially where there’s decorum and peace. It brings more development and growth to the communities and entire town as a whole”, Ewusi said.

The prominent personalities that grace the event are the Honourable Ademola Adeniran Adeyinka, Sapele representing Sagamu Constituency 2 at OGHA, HRH Oba Akinsanya Timothy Ewusi Of Makun, Otunba SK Onafowokan, CEO Molaroid Hotel among others.
