Why Rasaq Okoya doesn’t joke around with his wife, Shade

It It is clear that the billionaire industrialist, Rasaq Okoya, adores his youngest wife, Shade.

For years many have wondered why this is so Society plus can confidently state that Shade’s handling of the latter’s vast business interests, as well as her beauty and charisma are some of the qualities that have made her billionaire husband addicted to her.

Those close to the family argue that shadow is an archetypal embodiment of the phrase “Behind every successful man is a successful woman.” They insist that Shade is not just a trophy wife, but a goalscorer who has changed the face of the family business.

Besides being a wife and mother of four children, she is also a businesswoman and philanthropist, who has many awards and recognitions to her name.

Shade studied banking and finance at Lagos Polytechnic, Isolo, Lagos; and then earned a degree in Sociology from the University of Lagos.

She is the managing director of Eleganza Fashion Products Limited, Eleganza Cruise and Travels Limited; and a Director of Eleganza Group, RAO Investment Property Company Limited; and Deputy General Manager of Eleganza Industrial City Limited.

The socialite, who turns 46 on April 25, 1977, has also been involved in philanthropic activities, such as sponsoring the Folashade Okoya Kids Cup, held for the first time in December 2014 in partnership with the Lagos State Grassroots Soccer Association.

She also holds several titles including the Bewaji of Lagos, Otun Aare Iyalaje of Ajiranland, Yeye Oge of Epe Land, Ajisewa of Oke Ona Egba and Patron of the Fashion Designers Association of Nigeria.

In 2014, European American University awarded Shade an honorary doctorate in Business Management and Corporate Leadership.

Over time, her husband hailed her for making a difference in his life. He has often described her as hardworking and loyal.
