Tribunal Sacks Gov. Sule, Declares PDP’s David Ombugadu Winner
The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal has nullified the election of Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa state and declared PDP’s David Ombugadu as the winner.
Delivering the judgment virtually, the chairman of the tribunal, Justice Ezekiel Ajayi declared Emmanuel Ombugadu of the PDP as the lawfully elected governor of Nasarawa State.

Meanwhile the People’s Democratic Party Presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar I ni his congratulatory message, said; “My warmest congratulations to Mr David Ombugadu of the PDP, who has been affirmed by the election petition tribunal in Lafia, Nasarawa State, as the duly elected Governor of the state. Elections are the cornerstone of democracy, and the people’s will, once determined, should always be upheld.”
However, Ogun Election Tribunal judgment dismissed PDP, Adebutu case against Dapo Abiodun, APC.
A verdict which Adebutu, PDP has vowed to challenge at the appellate Court.
