…. As he inaugurates Salako ’27 Ambassadors

In a bid to further extend his philanthropic gestures to the members of the public, a leading Federal House of Representatives hopeful in Yewa South/Ipokia Federal Constituency, on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Apagun Olaseni Salako, on Thursday 27th March, 2025, through his renowned Salako Empowerment Foundation, SEF, extended his Medical Outreach/Intervention Programe to two ailing residents of ilaro, Mrs.Ninuola Adenekan and Musili Akonimoko, who were diagnosed with tyroid disorder (goiter) and chronic kidney stone respectively. Apagun Salako provided these interventions so that these individuals can be rescued from the excruciating pains of their medical conditions and access immediate medical treatments.

Also, at the programme which was held at the PDP Secretariat in the heart of Ilaro township earlier today, witnessed the official inauguration of the Salako Vanguard, an assemblage of five youth volunteers carefully selected from each of the 10 wards of Yewa South local government to propagate the grassroot intervention activities of Apagun whose words promised, in clear terms, a sustained priority attention to the general health and well-being of the entire citizens and residents of the Federal Constituency.

Chief Peter Ige, charged the Ambassadors to remain loyal and exhibit high sense of discipline and commitment to the visions and the ideals of Salako by ensuring that the intended purpose of the aspirant is felt and achieved at the various ward in the local government. He also hinted that the same event is billed to take place in Ipokia LG anytime soon.

The well attended event was well decorated by the presence of notable community cum political leaders like a former Yewa South LG chief executive, Alhaji Chief Adewale Sunmola, Chief Abraham Adeleye and several others from all nooks and crannies of Ilaro and Ifekowajo communities.

The recipients of the compassionate gestures and all the appointed Ambassadors praised Apagun Salako for finding them worthy. They appreciated his devotion, perseverance, and tremendous political maturity, as demonstrated over the years as a resourceful son of the soil whose commitment to the common good is never in doubt.
