Segun Okeowo Estate’s Creativity Attracts Me To Invest In Simawa — Adron Homes CEO, Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing
Aare Adetola Emmanuel-King, the group managing director of Adron Homes And Properties, has disclosed that the pioneering estate works of Evang. Kolade Segun Okeowo popularly known as KSO, attracted him to invest in Simawa.
Oba Adetola Emmanuel-King disclosed this yesterday at the IWUYE Ceremony of KSO and Sunmbo his wife as the Aare & Yeye Asoludero of Simawa Kingdom.
The event which coincided with the 50th Birthday Celebrations of SSO was held at the SHALOMITE’S EVENTS CENTRE, SIMAWA.
According to Oba Adetola Emmanuel-King, the year was 2011 and he was preparing to begin his Estate Investment when someone informed him of the pioneering efforts of Evang. Kolade Segun-Okeowo in setting up a film village. He said, the news caused him to race down to Simawa to see things for himself and see the film Village of KSO.
He thanked KSO for being a good pace-setter and trail blazer in the development of Simawa. He therefore concluded that the title Asoludero conferred on KSO and his wife is a perfect match.

Aare Adetola Emmanuel-King in his speech showered encomium on Evang. Sunmbo Segun-Okeowo who clocked 50 and wished her the very best of life.
Highlights of the event included the launch of a book written by the celebrant. Tilted WOMAN ON ERRAND, the book was reviewed by Pastor Mrs ABIMBOLA OLUYEMI while Aare Oba Adetola Emmanuel-King, Chairman of the occasion was the principal launcher.
Speaking of the book, Adetola Emmanuel-King said he has glanced through the book and discovered the few pages he has to be rich enough for every woman to have a copy each. He thereafter purchased a thousand copies of the book. According to him, he will give a copy to every female staff member of his organisation.
Other highlights of the event included the presentation of cheques for The Asoludero Micro Credit Loan Scheme to small scale traders and artisans.
The loan scheme which was instituted by The new Aare Asoludero of Simawa Kingdom in conjunction with the Ilusanmi Cooperative Multi-Purpose Society is interest free and payable in five months with a moratorium of one month.
Other dignitaries at the event included The FADESEWA of Simawa, Oba Olugbenga Gbadebo Sonuga, Ogbodo 1 and his council of Chiefs. Others were The Chief of Staff to Otunba Gbenga Daniel; Dr. Babatunde Onadeko who represented the former Governor and Distinguished Senator. Principal Officers of The Gateway Movement were also present at the event.
