Sagamu Youth Association Hails Govt Over Construction Of Ayepe Road, Applauds Chairman AFO’s Commitment To Sagamu Infrastructures

The leadership of the Sagamu Youth Association (SYA) under (Comrade Olugbenga Isiaka Lawal Ambassador Easy) has showered praises on the Executive Chairman of Sagamu Local Government, Ogbeni Afolabi Olashile Odulate (AFO), for the construction of the Ayepe Road, a vital infrastructure that will transform connectivity and mobility across parts of the town.
In an official statement released by the Association’s executives, they described the Ayepe Road as “a landmark achievement that underscores AFO’s responsiveness to the yearnings of the people.” The road, which cuts across Ward 3 and serves as a link between Sagamu and Odogbolu Local Government Areas, has been lauded by residents, business owners, and motorists for its strategic importance.
“The construction of the Ayepe Road is a huge win for all of us. It’s not just a road; it’s a lifeline for economic activity, ease of movement, and social interaction across communities. We salute Chairman AFO for his unwavering commitment to the development of Sagamu,” the statement read.

The Sagamu Youth Association also commended the completed construction of Sode Road and other yet-to-be-completed projects across the local government. They expressed optimism that with the same energy and determination, the Chairman will complete these projects to the benefit of all Sagamites.
According to the association, “Chairman AFO has shown that governance is about impact, and his leadership continues to inspire confidence among Sagamu youths.”
The SYA pledged their continued support for the administration and encouraged residents to maintain peaceful cooperation, stressing that development thrives best in an atmosphere of unity.
They concluded by reaffirming their readiness to collaborate with the local government on youth empowerment initiatives, community advocacy, and sustainable development goals.
