Sagamu Riots: IBEDC Office, Banks, Other Govt Properties Vandalized, Community Linked Roads Blocked With Burning Tyres [Photos, Video]
Riots on earlier hour on Monday, around 6:30am has been spread to Ogun community in Sagamu as youths protested the lingering new naira policy and fuel scarcity.
It was gathered that the protesters barricaded the major linked roads end of the town, including Sagamu-Benin Expressway and turned back motorists and travellers within the axis.

Eaglesforesight correspondent learnt that the protesters resisted security agencies and the community youths representatives intervention and go ahead to set the government properties in the area ablaze.
Starting from the Express junction, Awolowo road in Makun, Ijagba, Ita-Oba, Akarigbo palace roundabout, Erinwole roads, Akarigbo Express roads, Sabo. GRA road, RSS roundabout and many other places were blocked with burning tyres.
As at the time of filing this report, the security agencies has arrested the whole dramas in the town as normalcy is expected to come into places.
The business owners should not panic for everything will be back to normal as expected.
