Sagamu LG Chairman, Odulate, Felicitates Akarigbo, Indigenes on 2025 Sagamu Day Celebration
The Executive Chairman of Sagamu Local Government, Ogbeni Jubril Olasile Odulate, has congratulated the Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland, Oba (Dr.) Adewale Ajayi, CFR, along with all traditional rulers and the people of Sagamu, on the occasion of the 2025 Sagamu Day Celebration.
In his goodwill message, Odulate expressed gratitude to God for the unity and progress that continue to define Sagamu, describing the annual celebration as a symbol of collective pride and cultural strength among indigenes at home and abroad.
He commended the leadership of the Akarigbo for fostering peace and harmony across Remoland, while also appreciating the contributions of residents and indigenes whose commitment keeps the local communities thriving.

“Sagamu remains our root, our pride, and our story. There is no place like home,” Odulate said, urging sons and daughters of Sagamu to sustain the legacy of unity and communal development that has made the town a beacon of growth in Ogun State.
The council boss prayed for continued peace, progress, and prosperity in the local government, expressing optimism that the festival will further strengthen social bonds and cultural identity.
“May the peace we are enjoying be permanent, and may Sagamu continue to flourish in harmony and development,” he added.
The message concluded with his trademark expression of goodwill:
