Christiano Ronaldo has once again breaks another historical record as the first player to score 800 career goals

 

Manchester United Striker, and goal merchant, Cristiano Ronaldo has set a historical record for himself after he scored his 800th career goal. The Portuguese forward scored against Arsenal in the United’s Premier League game and that goal set a big milestone for the football Legend.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s goalscoring exploits for club and country is the likes of which we might never see again from a football player. The Portuguese have more than 100 goals for his country Portugal with the rest coming for his club sides. He started his career in his native Portugal from Sporting CP where he scored a few goals for the first team. He joined Manchester United and in that first spell, he scored more than 100 goals for the English side. Up next was Real Madrid where he scored a whopping 450+ goals in over 400+ appearances. After he left Real Madrid, Juventus was the club he joined and he also did not any away from scoring goals on a regular for the Italian giants. Now he is back at Manchester United and still banging in those goals at the age of 37.

 

Cristiano Ronaldo’s closest rival is Lionel Messi who is still a few goals shy of 800 so this is a massive milestone for Cristiano Ronaldo.
