Polish Students Released In Nigeria: APC Chairman Poland Expresses Gratitude To Nigerian Government And Ministry Of Foreign Affairs
Mr Adekunle Ayoola, Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Poland, has announced the release of Polish students arrested by security operatives in Kano State, Nigeria during a recent civil protest.
In a statement, Ayoola expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MSZ) and the consul in Abuja for their diligent care and intervention in securing the students’ release.
He also commended His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, President of Nigeria, for his prompt and positive resolution of the incident, which could have strained Polish-Nigerian relations.

Ayoola’s statement reads: “We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MSZ) and, in particular, to the consul in Abuja for their diligent care and intervention.”
“Additionally, I would like to express our appreciation to His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the President of Nigeria, for his prompt and positive resolution of this unfortunate incident.”
The release of the Polish students marks a significant diplomatic success, highlighting the strong relations between Poland and Nigeria.
