The Big Brother Titans Edition witnessed the first series of evictions last Sunday, with Sandra and Theo Thraw moving out of the house. Both were introduced to the game three days after the 20 original housemates in one of Biggie’s twists. FEMI AKINYEMI spoke to the couple after they left the house and presented snippets of their interaction.

You seemed angry when you left the house, do you feel better today that you came up with the idea of not being in Biggie’s league?

THEO: I don’t feel better at all. It’s still a shock, I never expected to be evicted so quickly. I wanted to stay more. I wanted more time at home. My experience in the house was a bit weird. So I wanted more time. I really wanted to come out of my shell. It’s really hard and I’m having a hard time adjusting.

Though you spent nine days in the house, what would you say are some of your takeaways?

SANDRA: I think I’ve learned to be more accommodating, I’ve learned to accommodate and be cool with a lot of people. So it showed me that I could bring a lot of people into my space. Something I didn’t know would happen.

Which roommates do you think you had the most contact with at home?

THEO: I think it’s three people, Marvin, Jaypee and Yemi. I think these are the people I can still talk to and who will listen to me after the house. So those are the people standing in front of me.

If you had stayed longer in the house, would you see yourself dating any of the female roommates?

THEO: Well, that’s not why I came to the house. But when it happens, I feel Olivia or Tati. Tati was already with someone and I came later, so Olivia would have been the option.

What do you think of Yemi, Blue Aiva, Khosi’s love triangle?

SANDRA: Blue is my girl, someone I really bond with. I think as much as I tried not to be in the mix, I was kind of in it. I really hope I was a good friend of Yemi’s. I was really on his side, but I talked to him about it anyway.

You also had your own short relationship in the house, any hope for that outside the house?

SANDRA: Honestly, I don’t know, it’s about willingness. I am an open book. What you saw is what I am. If he comes out and is interested then we are good either way.

Are there things you wish you could have done better while at home?

THEO: Yes, sure, maybe being more busy with the house, getting to know more people. But you also can’t get to know people if they don’t reciprocate. I can say I want to get to know you and I don’t get the same energy. So for me, I wanted that energy to be reciprocated. I didn’t get that enough and that’s one of the things that annoyed me the most. I didn’t get a chance to connect.

What do you think of some of the budding relationships in the house?

THEO: Yemi, Khosi and Blue Aiva is a mess. I think Juicy and Yvonne could come out on top and get something going.

Who do you think will win in the end?

THEO: I think it’s between Olivia and Juicy. Just the two of them. Juicy is a cool and good guy and Olivia is class, a great person.

What are the next plans for the two of you?

THEO: I’m going to focus entirely on entertainment, probably presenting shows and expect more music from me. Maybe fashion and modeling. Those are the few things that come to mind.

SANDRA: I like entertainment, I don’t think there’s anything I can’t do. I plan to expand my three businesses. I also host , along with acting and a vixen and model. I just tick all my boxes.

What is your take on Big Brother’s linkage strategy?

THEO: Personally, I think the combination was in some people’s favor. For example, I came in late, as well as my partner and we were coupled together. So for me it was unfair to us. If we were paired with those who were in the house before, we would still be in the league.
