OGUN LGA POLL 2024: Hon. Olanrewaju Oyemade Meet Party Leaders, Declares Interest For Sagamu LGA Chairmanship Position
Ahead of the Ogun State Local Government Council election 2024, Hon. Olanrewaju Oyemade has declared his intention to contest for the Chairmanship position of Sagamu Local Government Council on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Oyemade who made his Interest known via his declaration yesterday, Friday, August 16th, 2024, when he held a meeting with all the leaders, elders and executives of the Party at the Party Secretariat in Ewusi Road, Sagamu.
Oyemade while declaring his interest promised not to disappoint the people if given the opportunity to serve.
While unveiling his agenda point which focuses on Infrastructures and Community development, human capital development, Agriculture, Road Maintenances, justice, peace and security, environmental protection, Sanitation and Party unity/ Oneness, he called for the support of all in other for him to come out strong and victorious.

He promised to prudently use the council resources to initiate people’s oriented projects and programmes that will be beneficial to the people and also to attract state developmental agencies, Federal Government schemes and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) which he said will bring development and investments to the Local Government Area.
In their responses, the Party Chairman, Pa. Rafiu Opaleye, commended Hon. Oyemade for the steps taken as they urged him to continue his consultation widely with other leaders and Party Chieftain as they offered words of prayers to him.
Other top party chieftain’s in attendance are; Sagamu APC Women and Youth Leader, Ward chairman from Ward 1 to 15, Secretary, Youth leader, women and all the working committee members.
