Ogun Guber Result: Adebutu, PDP Peacefully Walk To Inec Office As Protest Breaks Out In Abeokuta
Protest has erupted in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital over the just concluded Governorship election in the State.
The protesters, who are mostly youths, have taken over the People’s Democratic Party state secretariat as the aggrieved people March to Inec state headquarters in Magbon area of Abeokuta to express their anger.
The concerned people of Ogun State in conjunction with the members and leaders of the People’s Democratic Party, was sighted holding placards bearing various inscriptions, such as “We stand for Justice, we fight for a new Nigeria,” “President Buhari keep your promise,” “Democracy not INECcracy” who owns Nigeria? The people,’” INEC should respect the people of Ogun” the protesters called on President Muhammadu Buhari to save Ogun State to avoid Nigeria from collapsing.

Speaking at the protest ground, Adebutu decried the failure of INEC in the just concluded gubernatorial election.
Adebutu said it is not too late for INEC to redeem its image, as the party called for rerun.
