No doubt, boycott is one of the types of activism. And I will use it against Sahara Reporters but on the following conditions and questions

1. If an act of disgraceful is genuinely committed by the  Sahara Reporters (SR) against Prophet Muhammadu (S.A.W). However, there must be a proof for the act that could prove it was Sahara Reporters (SR) that publishes the statement which implicts harm against Muslim Ummah or looks down on our HUMBLE PROPHET MUHAMMAD (S.A.W)

2. If boycott against the Sahara Reporters (SR) is the prescribed action to be taken by every Muslim in the world especially if an act of disgraceful or unguarded statement was being committed or poured against our HUMBLE PROPHET (S.A.W) was Islamic. Then, there is the need to join the advocacy.

3. Is the boycott in line with the consensus of three Islamic school of thought?

4. Is the boycott to be taken by the leadership of the Muslim league or it should be taken by every individual against the act which considers to be disgraceful by Islamic holy warriors?

5. Is boycott Islamic or non-Islamic?

6. Since all Muslims  are guided by the doctrine of Sharia thus Islamic jurisprudence. Hence, what are the punishments for a Muslim or a devout Christian or a group or an organization like Sahara Reporters especially if a comparison statement is made or published by one of the stated above between someone and a Prophet. Because there was a time when a supporter of a former Vice President of Nigeria made a comparison between his boss and our HUMBLE PROPHET MUHAMMAD (S.A.W) immediately after his boss was attacked by some politicians in Kano State. Eventhough, the comparison made by him was condemned by an Islamic Preacher who died as a sunni follower not by all Islamic groups in Nigeria and world at large.

Finally, it is the responsibility of every Student of Criminology, Security and Islamic studies to carry out a research or to find out on this subject matter which brings advocacy on various social media platforms. Because by finding out especially on whether making a comparison between someone outside or within religion of Islam and our HUMBLE PROPHET MUHAMMAD (S.A.W) is either a crime against Muslim Ummah or an offence committed against our HUMBLE PROPHET  MUHAMMAD (S.A.W).
