Nigeria Union Of Teachers (NUT) Honours Ogun State House Of Assembly Deputy Leader, Segun  Shitta With Award For His Exemplary Leadership Virtues

The Nigerian Union of Teachers, Sagamu branch had celebrated and honoured the distinguished leader, Hon. ABDUL Bashir Oladunjoye (Segun Shitta) the Deputy Leader of the Ogun State House of Assembly the award for “EXEMPLARY LEADERSHIP” in recognition of his leadership style and conflict resolution.

This was in commemoration of celebrating and awarding excellence to those who have contributed to human capital development and economic growth by raising the education standard at the local government level and the state at large in the theme “THE TRANSFORMATION OF EDUCATION, BEGINS WITH A TEACHER”

The award which had other recipients also present among whom is the Executive Secretary of the Sagamu Local Government Hon. Kolawole A. Onalaja (Penetrator)

In his remarks, Honourable Segun Shitta said “this award makes me feel good. It is an acknowledgement of a job well done and justification for my efforts in ensuring that my people enjoy the best in terms of quality representation and not being biased in relating with people based on where they belong.”

The Honourable member representing the good people of Sagamu 1 State constituency at the OGHA further reiterated that “this award is a validation and boost of better things that are yet to be tapped in me”.

While appreciating NUT for the role played towards nation building,  he also urge them to remain steadfast and committed to ensuring that they achieve the Nigeria of their dream.
