NIESV Lagos Chairman Leads Delegation To Adron Homes, Proposes Strategic Partnership In Real Estate Development

The Chairman of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Lagos State Branch, ESV Tosin Kadiri, led a high-powered delegation on a courtesy visit to the Chairman of Adron Group, Sir Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, KOF.
Held at the Adron Homes Head Office, the visit underscored the increasing need for synergy between professional estate practitioners and developers to accelerate housing delivery and elevate industry standards.
Welcoming the NIESV delegation, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, himself a proud member of the institute, offered an inspiring reflection on the founding vision of Adron Homes. He traced the company’s roots back to his early career in estate management, which informed his mission to go beyond traditional property development and instead build “cities, communities, and enduring homes.”
“Adron Homes was not born out of convenience, but of a calling,” he stated. “The real estate industry is full of challenges. But when you’re driven by vision and purpose, you create not just structures—but legacies.”
He also emphasized Adron’s pioneering branding strategy, citing its use of labelling theory to thematically design estates that reflect cultural and geographical inspirations. Combined with the company’s robust infrastructure investments, this has distinguished Adron as a visionary leader in the sector.
Speaking on behalf of the visiting team, ESV Kadiri Tosin commended Adron Homes for its consistency and national footprint, describing it as a formidable pillar in Nigeria’s real estate landscape. He emphasized the importance of formalizing collaboration between the institute and the developer.
“We believe there is untapped value in fostering stronger professional ties. Our members can key into Adron’s existing structures while also bringing their expertise in estate management, valuation, and advisory to the table.”
The Chairman of the NIESV Cooperative Society, who accompanied the delegation, proposed a dedicated housing scheme within Adron’s estates for NIESV members. The model, he explained, would empower members to own tailored properties while strengthening ties with a leading industry player.

Further proposals included the integration of NIESV professionals—particularly in estate and facility management—into Adron’s operations to deepen professionalization across its developments.
In response, Aare Emmanuelking welcomed the proposals warmly, affirming Adron’s longstanding relationship with NIESV and expressing enthusiasm for renewed collaboration.
“We are open to strategic partnerships with professionals who share our values. This new leadership brings fresh energy, and we look forward to working closely with NIESV to raise industry standards.”
The meeting also served as a learning experience for many NIESV members. One executive noted, “This visit has opened our eyes to the depth and scale of modern real estate development. It’s an inspiration for all practitioners.”
Among those in attendance were key members of the NIESV Lagos leadership, including Vice-Chairman ESV Ayodeji Odeleye, Honorary Secretary ESV Olaseni Lojede, and other executives. Representing Adron Group were Managing Director Adenike Ajobo, Group Company Secretary Shola Orunmuyiwa, DMD Business Investment Chitola Roberts, Chief Press Secretary Maureen Echefu, and Chairman’s PA Faruq Salisu, among others.
The engagement concluded on a high note, with both parties expressing strong commitment to future collaboration. The visit marks a pivotal chapter in aligning professional estate practice with forward-thinking development—an important step toward building sustainable, inclusive, and professionally guided urban solutions in Nigeria.
