Mohbad: Govt Prohibits Planned Protest In Sagamu, Sues For Peace Amid Insecurity
The Sagamu Local Government boss, Ogbeni Afolabi Jubril Odulate has prohibited planned protest in Sagamu.
The press statement was issued due to Insecurity surrounding the community at the moment.
Recalls that cult clashes claims no fewer than 23 lives in Sagamu over the weekend within 48hrs.

“Dear residents of Sagamu, in as much as we want to sympathize with the family, friends and fans of late Oládiméjì Promise Aloba PKA Mohbad, you will all agree with me that currently, Sagamu cannot allow any public gathering or protest due to the prevailing security challenge.”
“We understand the grief and concerns of the fans, especially as the Security Agent are yet to uncover the circumstances surrounding his untimely death. However, as a responsible government, we must prioritise the safety life and properties of the citizens.”
“We urge everyone to express their grief discretely without any PUBLIC GATHERING.”
“Your cooperation and adherence to this announcement shall be greatly appreciated.”
