MAHSOSA ’99 Set Donates 30 Desks To Alma Mater During 25th Anniversary Celebration

The 1999 Set of Makun High School Old Students Association (MAHSOSA) celebrated their 25th anniversary in style on Saturday, December 14, 2024. The event, held at the Makun High School Junior Hall in Sagamu, was marked by nostalgia, unity, and a heartfelt commitment to giving back to their alma mater.

As part of their dedication to the school’s development, the MAHSOSA ’99 Set made a significant contribution by presenting 30 units of student desks to the school management. This thoughtful donation aims to improve the learning environment for current students, addressing the need for better classroom furniture. The school management, represented at the event, expressed immense gratitude for the impactful gesture.

The Chairman of the set, Comrade Akinsanya Olayinka (popularly known as “Omoluabi”), lauded the members for their contributions toward the success of the anniversary and the donation project.

“Makun High School gave us the foundation to thrive, and it is our duty to give back meaningfully. This donation is just the beginning of our plans to contribute to the school’s growth and uplift the next generation,” he said.
