LEAKED VIDEO: Panic As DSS Invites Top OGTV Management Staff Over Leaked Video Of Governor Abiodun’s ‘Shaky’ Broadcast

There is palpable fear among staff of Ogun State Television (OGTV) following the quizzing of some top management staff of the station by the Department of State Security (DSS) in connection with the leaked broadcast video of Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State. 

Recalls that last week, a supposed telecast of the Governor to commemorate the May Day celebration on May 29 was leaked and went viral on social media. 

The video which generated controversies on the internet, shows the Governor making corrections on the prepared speech in the telecast, but received more knocks and condemnation from all quarters. 

However, an impeccable source closed to the Governor’s Office informed that the governor had called for the arrest of the crew members who recorded the video from the State Television and some top echelons of the TV station. 

Among those who were invited by the DSS was the acting General Manager, Programmes Services, Alhaja Kemi Ewedairo-Yusuff, Mr. Seyi Oladimeji, Acting General Manager, News and Current Affairs and nine others.

The source further disclosed that, as at 11pm on Wednesday, the invitees have returned home to their families, but their mobile phones were seized as at the time of filing this report.
