Kenyan Edwin Kibet wins 2023 Lagos Marathon

Kenya’s Edwin Kibet won the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon 2023 race with a time of 2:14:14 seconds.

The race was hotly contested by 50,000 runners, local and international participants who competed for a $500,000 cash prize.

It started at 07:00 on Saturday at the National Stadium, Surulere, with Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Sunday Dare, to start on the sidelines.
