JUST IN: Another container falls in Lagos
A day after a container crushed the occupants of a commercial bus in Lagos, another container fell on Monday.
A tweep, who shared the video, said his sister shot the scene on her way to work.
He said, “January 30, 2023. My sister, on my way to the office before Tower Company goes to Iyana Ipaja.”
Meanwhile, the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency has said the fallen 40-foot container took up 90 percent of the road.
LASTMA said: “A 12-meter truck carrying a container fell under the bridge at the sawmill in Dopemu, taking up 90 percent of the road. Our men are on the ground doing what is necessary as recovery is underway.
