Journalists Lauds Aare Adetola Emmanuelking As Brand Host Media Practitioners, Tours Adron Homes Estates, Dashes Out Car, Other Gifts

It is almost impossible in a country of ours where it is difficult to be truthful, accountability and lack of trustworthiness is the order of the day at all sectors. Where scammers seem to be having their way freely, Adron Homes and Properties stands out big!

Competing with the brand in terms of efficiency and making customers as comfortable as a king may also be a wasted effort.

In one of their numerous firsts, the property brand did another unthinkable, this time around to the Media Executives all around Nigeria.

Knowing the importance of Media partnerships in growing their business, the Real Estate company decided to take Media Executives on a tour of some of their Estates around Shimawa, very close to the great City of the Redemmers, Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG’s 3×3 kilometers City, a very fast growing town in Ogun State.

Before The Tour

In May 2023, the Group Managing Director of the company, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, during a chat with the Media had hinted that in celebrating the company’s 11th year anniversary, Journalists will be celebrated, they will take the centre stage in the celebration with a gift of a brand new Toyota Camry to be given to one of the Media Executives to reward one of them for loyalty, honesty and consistency. He also promised to reward two other people and give more than hundred other journalists cash gifts running to millions of Naira.

Aside this reward, the humble and easy going GMD also hinted about the Media tour of the company’s Estates in some parts of Ogun State.

The Tour

Before Sunday June 25, 2023, it’s been back to back rain, cloudy and stormy atmosphere in Lagos but, the D-Day was an exception. It was sunny and clear. As early as 11am, Media Executives had started gathering at the expansive mansion and the Headquarters of Adron Homes and Properties at Omole Estate, Isheri road, Ojodu Berger, Lagos.

But to the surprise of the company, enthusiastic Media or Executives who cherished the loyalty and the dedication the Property brand represents trouped out enmass to celebrate with them and volunteered to embark on the tour.

The journey later had 3 buses that were well loaded on the road. Though the traffic situation getting out of Lagos was legendary, the media tourist were still upbeat as the journey commences.

Adron Homes Estates Marvels All.

Our first point of call was the superlative Treasure Park and Golf Resort in Shimawa. From the gate of the estate, the perspective of journalists who have been cajoled that the estate only sell ‘ghost’ unreal estates changed.

To the awe of all, we look in astonishment as we saw the required evidence that Adron was actually fully on ground and not building castles in the air, like some may have thought before!

From the gate, the aura of a bubbling estate in a lively environment shown like a million star.

Our tour guide, Mr. Abiodun, also a staff of the company, told us the over 20, 000 acres of land is sold out! He also narrated to us all we need to know as Journalists as we tour the calm and serene Estate.

Our next point of call was the Jerusalem City Estate. Although, still under construction, the Wall of Jerusalem City Estate is a joy to behold.

Standing about 100 foots from the surface, with pillars that Samson might find difficult to pull down, Jerusalem City Estate will surely be one of the wonders of the world when completed.

Still in the euphoria of Jerusalem City Estate, our bus moved to a place that can only be described as ‘South Africa’ inside Nigeria. An Estate called ‘Capetown’ was a joy to behold.

Beautifully crafted, architecturally erected with all the beautiful memories of one of South Africa’s greatest city, Capetown, the Estate stands tall.

It will be unfair if I failed to mention that gigantic statue of one of the greatest icon and legend to have come from Africa, Nelson Mandela’s statue. The golden statue was about 40 metres tall, about 20 cubits wide; with both hands stretched to welcome all into Capetown!

As if we have seen it all. We moved to another Adron Homes Estates still in Shimawa, called City of David Estate. It’s Time To Celebrate!

After a tiring tour, it was time to wine, dine and relax with all sorts of entertainment on ground to offer.

You know when it comes to merry making, Journalists are auguably the best! They work so hard and party hard too.

Greeting us at the entrance of the Treasure Golden Hotel, the venue of the event, was the aroma of a well smoked goat.

Wines, both red and white, juices, soft drinks, carbonated drinks were judiciously utilized.
Three different courses. Pastries, bread and jam, small chop and shrimps before the final meal.

Assorted fish, croaker, chicken and beef were the protein to step down varieties of well prepared, Semolina, Moimoi, jollof and fried rice. Let me also add this, it was a serve yourself luncheon.

As the foods were making their way down the tummy, superlative Larrniyi live band was a joy to watch. Dishing out both oldies and the new school renditions, we could not have asked for more. The lively and acrobatic dancers also dazzled all in no small measure.

To cap it all, it was now time to appreciate hardwork, dedication and loyalty. First to be honored was Shaba Gbenga, the very hard working and talented Publisher of award winning omonaijablog.com.ng. He won the 3rd place position of a table-top gas cooker.

Publisher of Amebo Online came second with a gift of bed-side fridge, before the star winner of a new Toyota Camry car to the publisher of TMNews magazine and online, Mr. Temidayo.
Adron Homes also gave cash gifts to over 200 journalists to reward them for their hard-work.

We could not ask for more but, the management promises more in months time!
