Five Killed, Wives, Others Took Away As DSS, Soldiers Attack Sunday Igboho’s Residence In Ibadan. [Watch Video]

Men of Department of Security Services (DSS) and Nigerian Soldiers have been reportedly attacked Chief Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as Sunday Igboho’s residence at Soka, Ibadan, Oyo State, while five people were killed, went away with their corpses and had the new building vandalized.

Investigation conducted by Eaglesforesight revealed that the suspected men of DSS and Soldiers allegedly unleashed mayhem on the activist’s house in the Soka area of the city as early as 1 am and they killed five (5) people who live in the building, went away with their corpses and others who were not hurt.

While Igboho’s fleet of cars At least 10 vehicles belonging to Igboho, including his G-wagon, Prado SUVs, and valuable properties, furniture, and windows were destroyed beyond repair.

Those who lost their lives were said to be relatives to Chief Sunday Igboho, wives and children of his boys who sought abode in the new building were said to be taken away alive.

It was learnt that they stormed Sunday Igboho’s residence around 1am of Wednesday, July 1, while many had gone to sleep.

Some of his boys who spoke with the Eaglesforesight substantiated that the ugly phenomenon of soldiers’ invasion of Sunday Igboho happened around 1am of today, Wednesday, July 1 while they allegedly killed 5 people and went away with their corpses and others who were not hurt at all.

Speaking to Eaglesforesight, an eyewitness said, “They were all soldiers, military men. They came in vans and Hummer buses. They abducted his wife and others. They killed two people.”

They added that the suspected men of DSS and soldiers damaged the building and fleet of cars parked at his garage.

It was said to be a sad occurrence which led to loss of precious lives and vandalization of properties.

The incident happened 72 hours to the Yoruba Nation rally slated for Saturday in Lagos.
