BREAKING: Kaduna Tribunal Declares Gov’ship Election Inconclusive
The Kaduna State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Kaduna, on Thursday, declared the March 18 governorship election in the State as inconclusive.
Eaglesforesight reports that INEC earlier declared the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Uba Sani, as the winner of the election.

But, dissatisfied with the outcome, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Rt. Hon. Isah Mohammed Ashiru, challenged the declaration of Senator Sani before the Tribunal and urged it to declare him as the winner of the election instead.
However, ruling on the petition on Thursday virtudally, the three-man panel of Justices led by Justice Victor Oviawe, ordered a rerun in 24 polling units in seven wards of four local government areas of the State consisting of 16,300 registered voters.
