United States President, Joe Biden, has stepped down from the presidential election.

The Eaglesforesight gathered that Joe Biden has officially steps down from the presidential race, this was made known from his announcement in a statement on Sunday.

The US president stated that he intended to seek reelection as President, but his decision to quit the race was in the best interests of his party and country.

Recall that Biden’s presidency has been marred with controversies regarding ill-health and fitness.

The issue reached its height after the former President, Donald Trump, defeated him by a wide margin in a presidential debate two weeks ago.

While announcing his decision to step down, Biden said he would remain President and Commander-in-Chief until his term ends in January 2025.

The statement reads, “Over the past three and a half years, we have made great progress as a Nation.
