Afotamodi Day: SA to Gov Dapo Abiodun On Politics, Deter International Investors From Ogun State At Isara-Aforamodi Festival — Community Youths Lament.

It was a sad day today at Isara Remo in Ogun State as Five people was reportedly shot by the allegedly sponsored thugs of special adviser to Governor Dapo Abiodun On political matters, Honourable Biyi Adeleye.

The unfortunate incident happened today at the Afotamodi Festival Day celebration of Isara Remo, held today at AUD School field, in Remo North Local Goverment. Five people were recorded to have been shot by thugs loyal to the special adviser to Ogun State Governor on Politics, Hon. Biyi Adeleye.

It was gathered by Eaglesforesight from a source in the community that the incident occurred not long after the program of event kickstarted officially by the arrival of the Odemo of Isara, Oba Albert Adebose Mayungbe. Other dignitaries, such as the Honourable Member of the State Assembly representing Remo North, Barrister Solomon Osho, followed suite and arrived the venue peacefully and responsibly.

However, the source reported that when it got to the turn of Hon. Adeleye Biyi few minutes after, his procession into the venue was rough to the extent that some thugs who accompany him started shooting into the air for no reason. It was while doing this, some guests were hit by stray bullet.

Unfortunately, all the five victims at the event were part of the delegates from the Association of Isara Indigenes, from the United States of America, who just arrived purposely for the celebration.

They have only just agreed to come home and participate in the development and giving back to their home town, after many persuasion and lobbying from Isara Community Development Association, the community youths says.

As at the time of filing this report, informations reaching Eaglesforesight was that the victims are currently recuperating after they were immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment. A call to Mr Kunle Sojimi, the Chairman of the Organising Committee confirmed this report.
