The leadership of the African Action Congress (AAC) with the Chairman, Omoyele Sowore has recorded significant progress and successes in the ongoing litigations and legal battles to rescue the party from impostors who are using the name of the AAC in connivance with compromised elements in INEC for sinister political agenda and selfish purposes.
The party has got a nodding approval at the Court of Appeal, Abuja Judicial Division, today, 8th July 2021, to challenge the High Court judgment. Needless to say is the fact that the party leadership is assured of victory in the legal battles.
