It was a bright and crowdy evening on Saturday as everyone came out to welcome Dapo Abiodun to Sagamu ìn presenting Ogbeni Afolabi Odulate Afo as the party flag bearer in the Local Government for the forthcoming Election.

The Gov, who was excited with the reception of the good people of Sagamu, said Sagamu remain his second home, promised to complete and commission the ongoing Oba Erinwole road while he stressed further that all other roads mentioned, shall be attended to. Prince Dapo Abiodun in strong terms, also warn the youths of the State to shun cultism, with emphasis on Sagamu and said a special anti cultism squad will be commissioned and stationed in Sagamu soon, as their menace could throw spanners in the wheels of progress of Sagamu

The Ogun State Governor further said that all violent extremist groups in Ogun State have come to an end, as it is a step in the right direction.

He urged all those in the dark side to leave immediately, or all those who were planning to join the evil group repent immediately and change their minds, because the end has come for them.

At Akarigbo palace in Ita-Oba, Sagamu Local Government Area, Governor Abiodun made this public statement at the All Progressives Congress (APC) local government election campaign held yesterday, Saturday.

He said that soon, a Special Task Force would be set up to combat all extremist groups that are threatening the peace of the people.

He went on to say that his government would no longer be civilized to allow evil doers to undermine all development in the state.

“I am setting up a Special Anti Cultism Squad in Sagamu and for Sagamu alone”_His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR.

A controversial philanthropist and a son of the soil from Sagamu Local Government express his mind, “I think this is one of the major bold pronouncements i have heard from tbe Governor since 2019”, Says Omoluabi Tokunbo Soluade. 

“I am happy to tell you today that there is no such thing as ice cream. You can see that the political crisis has completely subsided. We are happy and calm. We are all in business. go as expected No execution record.

“But there are some kids in the dark side. If I stop you … haaah! I always raise a campaign against the dark side. This state will be the first in this country.”
