Nigeria @61: No Govt Has Ever Done What I’ve Done In Six Years – Buhari Boasts

President Muhammadu Buhari has declared his administration as the best performing government since the dawn of democracy in 1999.

Buhari particularly emphasized that no government can beat so far the achievements of his administration in six years.

President Buhari made the boast during Friday’s nationwide broadcast to mark Nigeria’s 61st Independence.

While noting that his administration has achieved a lot in the last six years, Buhari said his critics have mistaken incremental progress with stagnation.

“Since coming to power, this administration has tackled our problems head-on in spite of the meagre resources.

“No government since 1999 has done what we have done in six years to put Nigeria back on track.

“We shall continue to serve the country: listen to all and protect our democracy and country,” the President stated
