In a video shared by THE EAGLESFORESIGHT, Nigerian Fuji musician, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly called K1 the Ultimate, called out the Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, over the poor state of roads in the South West.
The legendary singer disclosed this while singing on stage with his band members at an event in Ede, Osun State.
K1, who is a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, alleged that it took him four hours to travel from his home in Ikeja to Sagamu, and another four hours from Ibadan to Ede, Osun State.
But, was the fuji singer right to have called out Babatunde Fashola over bad roads in the South West?
In my opinion, the singer was right to have called out the Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola. As a prominent celebrity in the country and member of the All Progressive Congress, his voice would be heard and this might trigger the Minister to find a lasting solution to the cause of bad roads in the South-Western region.
