He cautioned against the rising tide of political thuggery, disunity, and drug abuse that have hindered meaningful progress in parts of the Remo zone. “No meaningful growth can take place in a divided or violent society,” he said. “Our youths must lead the charge for a more peaceful, productive, and united Remo.”

Oyeleke further emphasized that Eid-el-Adha, which symbolizes sacrifice and obedience, should be a moment for personal and communal reflection, especially on the roles individuals can play in building a better Remo.
