The Daramola Dynasty Foundation took centre stage as the headline sponsor of the 27th Annual Sports Day for the Blind, held at the Sports Centre of Yaba College of Technology. Organized by the Federal Nigeria Society for the Blind (FNSB), the event drew wide acclaim as it celebrated the courage, talent, and resilience of visually impaired athletes.

This year’s theme, “Champions of Inclusion,” set the tone for a dynamic day of competitive spirit and unity. Events ranging from the March Past and Tug of War to fast-paced track races captivated a diverse audience of supporters, educators, and advocates for inclusive development.

A standout feature of the day was the exhibition football match featuring players from the Daramola Football Academy, who travelled from Isara Remo in Ogun State to participate. The thrilling encounter ended in a draw, but the real victory was the message it sent — that passion and skill transcend physical limitations.
