Latawa Youth Newly Elected Executives Seek Royal Blessings To Kickstart Tenure

Oba Rotimi Oyedele Oyefolu, Lisa of Latawa, and other Chiefs endorse new youth leadership
The newly elected executives of the Latawa Youth Forum in a move to begin their administration with cultural legitimacy and community supports, has paid a formal visit to the palace of the Atawa of Latawa, Oba Rotimi Oyedele Oyefolu, to seek royal blessings, endorsements, and moral encouragements.
The palace visit, which held amidst fanfare and deep traditional respect, signified a symbolic yet powerful beginning for the youth body’s new leadership, as they received prayers and wise counsel from the royal fathers of the land.
Speaking at the event, Oba Oyefolu charged the youths to remain united, visionary, and development-driven. He expressed confidence in the capacity of the new executives under the leadership of Comrade Azeez Abidemi (Bidex) to promote peace, cultural heritage, and community advancement.

The visit was also an opportunity for the new youth leaders to present their vision for community development, youth empowerment, and cultural revitalization. They pledged to work closely with traditional institutions and community elders to ensure progress and inclusivity in all their activities.
The event closed with special prayers from the monarch and his council of chiefs, followed by words of encouragement and assurance of support from the palace.
