The much-anticipated Late Madam Florence Adewunmi Ojuroye Street2Street Football Challenge is set to officially kick off tomorrow, Sunday, 27th of April 2025, at the Schools Field, Sagamu, following a successful fixtures draw held earlier this week.
The community-driven tournament, organized to honor the memory of the late Madam Florence Adewunmi Ojuroye, promises to deliver a thrilling celebration of unity, sporting spirit, and street pride as 16 strong teams across Sagamu prepare to battle it out for ultimate glory.

According to the organizers, the competition will officially commence with opening fixtures on Sunday morning, featuring action-packed encounters as teams vie for a place in the next rounds. The tournament, which runs from April 27th to April 29th, is expected to draw massive crowds from across Sagamu and neighboring communities.
“We are ready to give Sagamu a tournament to remember, celebrating the life and legacy of our beloved Madam Florence Adewunmi Ojuroye,” said one of the coordinators, Lahbash, in a chat with reporters. “We urge everyone to come out, support, and enjoy great football and community bonding.”
