Otunba Adewunmi Onanuga Ijaya’s Passing Leaves An Irreplaceable Void — Hon. Daisi Akintan

Hon. Prince Daisi Akintan has extended his heartfelt condolences to the family of Hon. (Otunba) Adewunmi Onanuga Oriyomi, fondly known as Ijaya, following her passing.

In his message, Akintan described Ijaya as a remarkable leader whose contributions to Remoland will forever be cherished. He highlighted her selfless service, unwavering integrity, and wisdom, which inspired countless individuals across the region.

“It is with profound sadness that I learned of the passing of Hon. Chief Adewunmi Oriyomi Onanuga. Her departure leaves a tremendous void in the lives of her family, friends, associates, and the entire Remo community,” Akintan said.

He further noted that Ijaya’s impactful leadership and dedication to development in Remoland will be remembered as a legacy of hope and progress.

“Remoland has lost a gem, and the void left behind will be difficult to fill. My prayers are with her family, political associates, and the people of Remoland during this challenging time,” Akintan added.

He concluded his message with prayers for the deceased, asking Allah to grant her Al-Jannah Firdaus and to provide comfort to all who mourn her loss.
