Massive Turnout At Sagamu As Dr. Oyenuga Adeshola Energizes PDP Campaign Rally On Day 5

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) campaign in Sagamu entered its fifth day with an electrifying turnout as Dr. Oyenuga Adeshola Jamiu Jasper, the party’s chairmanship candidate, took center stage. Sagamu LGA PDP Chairman, Deacon Dauda Adeyemi, also joined in the critique, lambasting the APC leadership for failing to moderate Odulate’s controversial statements at Ward 7 in Ijagba, Sagamu. Adeyemi suggested that the APC’s silence on the matter reflects a lack of responsible leadership, asserting that Sagamu needs leaders who will act with dignity and uphold the interests of its people.

Adding a note of decorum to the discourse, Omooba Damilare Mohammed Bello, representing Offin, Sagamu 1 Constituency in the Ogun State House of Assembly, emphasized the PDP’s commitment to respectful campaigning. “I won’t engage the APC in dirty politics. We are well-trained in our party, and the Ọmọluwabi spirit in us won’t allow us to respond in kind,” Bello said, reiterating his preference for constructive dialogue over divisive rhetoric.
