Ogun LG Polls: PDP Campaign Rally Gains Momentum In Sagamu’s Ward Seven

Ward Seven served as the final stop for today’s 5th of November, 2024 rally, where the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) demonstrated a powerful display of unity and strength.

The event commenced with a solemn prayer, followed by an address from Mrs. Tairu Nusirat, who welcomed attendees and reaffirmed Ward Seven’s dedication to the party’s cause.

Sagamu Local Government Youth Leader, Comrade Dumiye Kehinde Michael (KWATO), appealed to PDP youth leaders to remain resolute, stressing the essential role of youth in the forthcoming elections.

The grand arrival of Hon. Damilare Muhammad Bello occasioned a fervent applause which reflected his strong rapport with the community.

Speaking, Hon. Asiwaju Bola Oluwole conveyed his deep gratitude to the campaign committee, with particular mention of Campaign Director-General, Hon. Adegbola Suliman, Dr. Adeshola Jamiu (Jasper) and Odunayo (Make Fish) for their relentless dedication to the party.

State executive member Hon. Muibi Lateef commended Ward Seven for their vigorous turnout and referenced the tangible benefits PDP has extended to Ijagba, a rare dividend in recent years.

Party Chairman, Deacon Dauda Adeyemi praised the loyalty and support of the Ijagba community toward the PDP.

In a ceremonial gesture, Hon. Damilare Muhammad Bello presented the party flag to Sammy Olowu, Ward Seven’s councillorship candidate.

He further acknowledged the contributions of party stalwarts Alhaja Mujidat Ogunaike and Hon. Daisi Akintan and assured the Ijagba youth that their interests would be kept at the forefront.

Dr. Adeshola Jamiu (Jasper), the chairmanship candidate, expressed appreciation to all leaders and supporters who contributed to the success of today’s rally.

Chief Idowu Adesanya, Ward Seven’s PDP chairman, concluded the event with a vote of thanks.

The PDP rally will press on tomorrow as the “moving train” continues its journey across the Sagamu Local Government Area.
