NPFL: Remo Stars Players Dominate League, Emerges Team Of The Week

Remo Stars players dominated the Nigeria Premier Football League matchday three Team of the Week.

The Sky Blues recorded the first away win of the 2023/24 season, beating Bayelsa United 2-1 in Yenagoa last weekend.

Defender Nduka Junior, Adams Olamilekan and Sikiru Alimi made the selection.

Olamilekan and Alimi scored Remo Stars’ goals in the game.

Sporting Lagos have two players, Chinedu Ufere and Godwin Odion, on the list.

Bendel Insurance defender, Benjamin Tanimu, Lobi Stars’ Chinedu Sunday, Heartland’s Ezekiel Bassey, Doma United goalkeeper Kingdom Osayi and Enyimba’s Chijoke Mbaoma and Taofeek Malomo of Shooting Stars also made the list.

Remo Stars handler Daniel Ogunmodede was named Coach of the Week.
