A suspected land grabber attached to Hon. Bola Oluwole, arrested in Ogun for duping client

A member of a land-grabbing syndicate, Mr Rotimi was arrested by men of Makun community vigilante on the 31st of December, 2021.

According to the complainant, Mr Ozomah Johnson who is the shepherd of CCC Majemu Olododo Parish in Sagamu along Holy Ghost street; “the suspect ran away with the sum of two hundred and fifty thousand naira I gave him to purchase a piece of one plot of land from him.”

Mr Ozomah said, “upon the distress calls after noticing that he has duped me and the Church, the suspect stop picking our calls few hours after receiving the payment sometime in first week of August 2021.”

The Cleric added against the suspect that, “on sighting the lady who happens to be my wife, Mrs Ozomah Temitope who later held him, the suspect was alleged to have make attempts to beat my wife with charm in order to escape from the scene, after screaming out loud, with the assistant of the people of the community, the suspect was apprehended”.

When the suspect was been interrogated by the men of the Vigilante, he mentioned the People’s Democratic Party Candidate for the 2019 House of Representative election, Asiwaju Bolarinwa Oluwole and a king, the Onifojege of Fojege.

When asked whom these aforementioned personalities were to the suspect, he confessed that Hon. Bolarinwa Oluwole is his in-law (wife’s elder brother) and he has long be working for the Onifojege of Fojege.

Meanwhile, the ACC Rasheed Ogunjimi, Remo Zonal Commander, Makun Vigilante has ordered the immediate invitation of Hon. Bolarinwa Oluwole to Makun Vigilante office for discreet investigation.

As at the time of filing this report, Hon. Bolarinwa Oluwole only shows up at the office of the Vigilante, yet upon invitation the payment was not refunded till this moment.
