Ghanaian, Tanzanian Claiming Singer, Tiwa Savage’s Root, Mocks Nigerians To Go Court, Seek For Her Validation

After breaking into the music industry in Britain and US, hip-hop singer, Tiwa Savage became a star in her native Nigeria. She’s been dubbed the Queen of Afrobeat.

At age 11, Tiwa Savage who was born in Lagos relocated to UK for her education. She was a teenager when she showed interest and began singing backup on stage for acts including George Michael, Sting and Mary J. Blige.

Meanwhile a Ghanaian tweep, @Views09 claims Tiwa Savage has her roots down to their country. He said; Ghanaian Female Singer, Tiwa Savage performed at coronation concert of King Charles III of England, Big win for Ghana and Africa, we are so proud of you.”

Meanwhile another tweep @IAMartin said; “Tanzanian female singer, Tiwatope Savage performing at King Charles III Coronation Concert. Tiwatope was born in Tarime, Tanzania, she relocated to London at the age of 11 for her secondary education. Milestone achievement for Tanzania  and Africa, we are so proud of you Tiwa.”

Immediately after Tiwa Savage performed at King Charles III Coronation Concert, she shared the video on her Instagram page, proudly proclaiming she was Nigeria’s first artist to perform for a British monarch’s coronation.

She wrote, “One day I will tell my son that this is “Tiwa Savage”

Celebrities such as Davido, Toke Makinwa, Dorathy, Brodashaggi, Femi Adebayo, Mercy Aige, Waje, Mo Abudu, Linda Osifo, Eniola Badmus, Kunle Afod, Stephanie Coker, Kaffy and Basketmouth praised the diva for her performance.
