Again, building fire guts at Balogun Market
Barely a week later, another building at the popular Balogun market on Lagos Island in Lagos state was destroyed by fire on Thursday.
The cause of the fire is unknown at the time of submitting this report.
A storey building was destroyed on the market at the end of January.
Employees of the Lagos State Emergency Agency and Lagos State Fire and Rescue Services have yet to respond to an emergency call about the incidents at the time of this report’s filing.
