The Supreme Court has nullified the nomination of Emmanuel Bwacha, the All Progressives Congress gubernatorial candidate in Taraba state.
A five-member panel led by Kudirat Kekere-Ekun issued a ruling on Wednesday, upholding the Federal Supreme Court’s ruling that ruled the APC was not conducting valid gubernatorial elections in the state, the Cable reported.
